We now have a vacancy for a French/Flemish (Dutch) speaking Sales Administrator to take full responsibility for sales administration of France, Belgium and Luxembourg in our busy Sales Dept.
Reporting to the sales and Marketing director for France/Belgium, you will be tenacious, have extensive experience of working within a Sales Administration team, and have exceptional customer relation skills.
The Role
Provide dedicated professional support to the sales team.
Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure maximum customer retention.
Ensure sales orders are managed in line with company procedures.
Liaise as required with all stakeholders to ensure a successful sales outcome.
Provide accurate and timely reports as required by management.
Provide holiday cover on the switchboard.
Experience/Skills
Computer literate – MS Office
3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
Team player
Enthusiastic and open to new challenges and ideas
Able to meet tight deadlines
