It is with extreme pleasure that we’re inviting you to the 2nd Lustrum Cantus of ‘Londinia*’.
Reflective of our international environment, songs will be a fine selection of not just Flemish, but also French, English, Irish & Scottish songs. German songs upon popular request, no doubt.
Singing off-key will not be actively tracked, but let it be clear that the full regulatory environment of a Flemish Cantus will be in place. For this one event and just for the hours of the event we have obtained approval by the Supreme Court of the UK, that not the Laws of England and Wales will govern, but full and incontestable authority is to be given to the Praeses supported by her Preasidium.
No need to plunge yourself into the deepest alleys of your storage to dig up your codex: we will be providing you with the lyrics of the songs. We do invite you to start practicing belting out ‘Vliegt de Blauwvoet! Storm op zee!’ on a random basis in your office, on central London’s pavements, when responding accidentally to a BPI call. ...
