Gin, once the unfashionable drink of Grandmas is now undoubtedly the country's coolest spirit and you’re invited to learn all about it with a bespoke gin tasting, on 30 November 2017.
In this session you will sample 4 different gins and in doing so will explore the wide world of ‘ginspiration’.
This includes an understanding of gin history from Dutch creation to imperial grandeur, as well as paying homage to its prohibited concoctions and understand its trendy reinvention.
You’ll also discover how botanicals impact the flavours of each gin before it even reaches your glass, and how to master the perfect serve and the dark art of the garnish.
We will provide matching snacks for each gin, all for you to savour and enjoy.
