We now have a vacancy for a French/Flemish speaking Credit Controller to take full responsibility for credit management of France, Belgium and Luxembourg in our busy Finance Dept.

Reporting to the Finance Manager in cooperation with the Sales and Marketing director for France/Belgium, you will be tenacious, have extensive experience of working within a multi-currency Credit Control team, and have exceptional customer relation skills. You are responsible for the sales and purchase ledgers France, Belgium and Luxembourg, including credit management, invoice processing and managing payments. You will ensure that all aspects of the role are carried out in accordance with group policies.

You will be responsible for ensuring that ledgers are closed in timely fashion to facilitate monthly reporting in accordance with group deadlines.

The Role

Ensure successful collection of outstanding accounts and meet agreed cash collection deadlines and targets.

Be responsible for the management of debtor’s ledgers.

Answer and manage customer queries regarding their accounts

Deliver outstanding service to sales team and assist in answering their queries

Provision of reports as required by management

Provide holiday cover for the Sales Admin Team

Experience/Skills

ICM or AAT qualification would be a benefit

Computer literate – MS Office in particular Excel

3 - 5 years experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner

Able to meet tight deadlines
